This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking technologies. It contains no forms. Fonts, images and scripts are served from the website itself, so visiting a page does not send your data to third parties. External links, such as the link to LinkedIn, transfer data to that service only when you follow them.
To deliver pages and protect the service, the web server processes your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested and the browser identifier. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Where such technical records are kept, they are deleted within 14 days, unless they are needed to investigate a specific security incident.
When you contact us by email or telephone, we process your name, your contact details and the content of your message, in order to reply, arrange a technical briefing and prepare a proposal. This processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Correspondence is kept for up to two years after the last contact. Where a contract follows, records are kept for the periods required by Greek tax and commercial law. We do not use your details for marketing without your consent.
The website is hosted by a provider in Germany, within the European Union. Email is provided by Google Workspace, through Google Ireland Limited. Both act as processors under data processing agreements with us.
Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell or share personal data with any other party.
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. We reply to requests within one month.
